Appointments

 

Private Sessions: We recommend Private Sessions for the Pilates Beginner. We are available for one-on-one sessions 7 days a week. These sessions are the most ideal for people who want to advance their Pilates Training, or if they have any physical limitations or injuries that would prohibit their ability to join a group. Request a Private Appointment.

 

Shared Sessions: Shared Sessions are 2 to 3 people in the class. This is a great way to share the cost of Pilates. Bring a friend, or inquire at the desk about joining a number of existing sessions already on the schedule. Request a Shared Appointment.

 

Classes

All Classes are up to 7 people in the class.

 

Group Reformer Classes: The Group Reformer Class utilizes spring-controlled resistance to build core strength, increase flexibility, endurance and coordination. The result is a strong, yet flexible, well-toned body, without muscle bulk. Group Reformer Classes are up to seven people in the class. All levels are welcome. Book a Group Reformer Class.

 

Jumpboard Classes: Super charge your workout with this cardio-jumpboard class on the Reformer. Reap the benefits of a cardio-based workout while doing Pilates lying down! This is an intermediate/advanced class! Requires a pre-requisite of 10 group reformer classes or instructor approval. Book a Jumpboard Class.

 
Pre-Post Natal Pilates: Prior experience required before joining a group class. Private Sessions are recommended. Lynne DeMarco, the owner, is certified in Pre-Post Natal Pilates. All other instructors are certified and/or experienced working with pregnant clients, and are able to modify the workout appropriately for the pregnant client. Pilates is great for pregnancy, before and after your birth. Pilates develops your overall muscle strength and flexibility. It helps you to relax and teaches you to breathe deeply; skills that will help you before, during, and after delivery. By doing Pilates when your pregnant you will increase circulation to the fetus, as well as strengthening the muscles needed to give birth. Pilates will not only help you during your delivery, but will help you to recover more quickly afterward.


*Prior Reformer experience required for group classes.

 

Barre Classes:
Barre-Combo A unique blend of Modern Barre, Pilates Reformer, Mat Work and other Small Equipment. This class incorporates intense Abdominal and Gluteal work both at the Barre and on the Mat. It utilizes safe and effective Pilates Reformer techniques, and includes some cardio-based exercises at the Barre, and on the Reformer-Jumpboard. Book a Barre Class.
*This class keeps muscles confused, trembling and on their toes, which is exactly where you want them to be to continue seeing results!
Open to All Levels.


Floor Barre-Combo This class is a combination of Strength and Stretching Exercises done on the Pilates Mat, and on the Modern Barre. It will incorporate small equipment, while focusing on building core strength and lengthening the muscles with no impact on the joints. It is a very challenging but fun workout! All levels welcome. Book a Floor Barre Class
 

Classical Ballet Barre This traditional ballet class offers the chance to learn classical technique at the barre. Ballet Barre increases strength, flexibility, posture, balance and coordination. This class focuses on structured exercises that will stretch your body and your brain! Experience the beauty of ballet in a fun and unintimidating environment!

*This class keeps muscles confused, trembling and on their toes, which is exactly where you want them to be to continue seeing results! Open to All Levels
